It's the start of BASI 2!

We’ve been waiting for this moment for 8 weeks, and although a lot of students were anticipating their BASI 2 exams with some small nerves, it was great to see them all fired up and completely prepared to take on this task. The week leading up to these exams has been sensational, with blue skies every day meaning that everyone can get onto the mountain all day to practice everything their trainers have taught them.
 

We had a fantastic night on Friday with a task game that everyone seemed to love. It’s a nice way to blow off some steam before they start their two-week exam. They also enjoyed sunshine all weekend, which meant that everybody was keen to get some sunbathing in as well.

 
With less than two weeks left, it’s great to see that loads of Basecampers are staying on after their course to experience the last month of the season, which I have experienced first hand and cannot tell you how much of a good time they will have.
