Yet another amazing week here in Val d'Isere. It's been the BASI Level 1 week. We had a few nervous faces on Monday morning, but we now have a lot of smiles with the news of all the guys who have passed. Today has been a white out with some heavy snowfall and we are gearing up for Sunday to be a great day with blue skys and sunshine. We have a group of 11 going heli skiing on Sunday which should be a day to remember. This evening we have organised a big level 1 party at the Fat Frog, Val d'Isere's only sushie restaurant. We have hired out the restaurant and are expecting it to be a good one.
The week ahead brings more coaching with time for those who have just done their level 1 a chance to relax and get all over the mountain. We have plans for the performance skiers to head over to St. Foy for a day which going on last season will be awesome! We are expecting 1 1/2 meteres of snow in the next few days which should kick start next week with a good level of stoke.
We will leave the photos and video to do the rest.
Until next time,
Tom and Joe
