Airport Transfers
Upon arriving in Calgary airport guests will be transferred to Banff with a journey time of 1 hour 30 minutes. The majority of flights from the UK arrive before 3pm so you are able to arrive in Banff in time for dinner.

Accommodation
Guests will be accommodated in The Arrow hotel in a twin share room. The hotel is full of young people so there is a great chance to meet people. We can organise private rooms for those that don't want to share with others. The Arrow is across a car park from the Ptarmigan Inn where breakfast is served every morning. The Lake Louise bus picks up and drops off skiers up from outside the hotel after breakfast.

Ski and Bus Pass
An 8 day Lake Louise ski and bus pass is included in the package. This allows you to explore Lake Louise and all it has to offer. The first bus up the mountain is 08:45 with the first bus returning at 2pm, with other buses leaving after 3.30 for those that want a full day on the hill.

Resort Managment Service
Our resort managers will happily suggest the best ski routes, apres ski bars, restaurants and night clubs. They will meet guests upon arrival in Val d'Isere and will be on hand throghout the week.

Due to the nature of the holiday there are no qualifications included.

Can I Travel on my own?

Cerntainly. If you'd like to book the holiday on your own we will match you up with room mates who we think you'll be best suited to.

My friends are also interested?

If you have a group of friends who would like to come to Banff then you can take on your own room/s.

Can I have my own room?

If you'd like to have your own room this can be arranged. Please make this clear when you enquire.

What time do I need to check out?

You'll need to check out of the hotel by 10am on the last day. We reccommend booking a flight leaving Clagary after 3pm to allow enough time to transfer to the airport.
