Our Meribel BASI Level 2 course is aimed at those that have already achieved BASI Level 1 and are looking to climb the BASI ladder.

Airport Transfers

Basecampers will be picked up and dropped off from/to Geneva Airport on the start and finish dates of the course.

Week 3 – Shadowing Week 
Week 4 – 5 – Concentrated BASI Level 2 Training working on technique and teaching
Week 6 – 7 – BASI Level 2 Exam


Employment Opportunities

Basecampers will be introduced to Interski for the chance of employment in Italy. There are BASI Level 3 scholarships available for those who prove their worth to our partnering ski school.
 

Accommodation

BASI Level 2

For instructors that wish to work in the mountains on a part time or peak seasonal basis. BASI level 2 skiers have a competent knowledge, ability and understanding to safely teach alpine skiing up to and including parallel standard on marked pistes.


First Aid

As with all BASI qualifications a first aid qualification is required alongside this award for it to be officially recognised and signed off by BASI. First Aid training that leads to a recognised qualification is factored in and included in the Basecamp course.

If you are looking to work in the industry there is simply no course that is a better path into the industry! This course is idea for anyone looking to qualify as a level 2 instructor wishing to work the following season as an instructor, or for those wanting a once in a lifetime experience with improving skiing at the forefront.
