Our state-of-the-art intranet is made available to you the moment we’ve received your booking. Here, you’ll have 24 hour access to every detail of your course and accommodation – making it easy to make changes or implement upgrades.

You can also monitor your progress using our web-based feedback system, and be the first to see specific details about what’s coming up on your course.

And once your course is over, our secure intranet site is the ideal platform for job-hunting, advice, and of course, keeping your Base Camp social life going!

Client area

This is where all your basic personal and course information’s held. It’s easy to edit and add your arrival details, plus it gives you a great summary of your course and the option to apply for extras or upgrades.

Accounts area

Check your account balance, payment deadlines and any extra’s you’ve added to your course, and keep track of everything with downloadable invoices.

Files area

Organise your season and download all the important stuff. Here you’ll find a pre-season information pack, client checklist, insurance forms, careers advice and our FAQ’s.

Course area

Get a feel for your course in advance with an online summary and photo album of your accommodation. Once you’re at the resort, these pages make sure you keep on top of what’s coming up next with a course plan and all the specifics – like where and when to meet up. You can also keep track of your performance, as every week after your feedback session your instructor will submit an online report which you can compare to your training programme.
